2024

Henriette Eilertsen Trio performs for the first time in Norway at the National Jazz Scene in Oslo. We also play at several wonderful venues such as the Motvind Festival in Numedal, Dokkhuset in Trondheim, and ALICE in Copenhagen. In the fall of 2024, we record our debut album at Studio Paradiso in Oslo. During Kongsberg Jazz Festival 2024, I receive the Musician’s Prize (Musikerprisen).

The album Om tålmodighet (“On Patience”), which consists of my compositions recorded with OJKOS (The Orchestra for Jazz Composers in Oslo), is released on Nice Things Records in September 2024. It receives great reviews in publications such as Dag og Tid, Jazznytt, and Lira Music Magazine.

Billy Meier performs a concert and does a live recording at Hærverk. The music is also filmed by a Chilean film crew making a documentary about Billy Meier’s theories from the 60s and 70s.

I perform with Brazilian artist Joyce Moreno at the Lyse Netter festival in Moss—an incredibly inspiring encounter for me. During the Blow Out festival, I perform as a guest with Why Kai and co-lead the Youth Improvisation Orchestra together with Isabelle Duthoit.

In late summer, we record Erlend Apneseth’s commissioned work with 12 musicians at Amper Tone with Bård Ingebrigtsen. And in December, we record the fourth album with the Andreas Røysum Ensemble featuring Marvin Tate, which we also perform live at the National Jazz Scene.
